Who we are
This website is run by the MorDa group, Martina Morávková and Pavlína Danhofer, who are the controllers of your personal data. You can reach us through the contact form.
Contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your name, e-mail address and the message itself by e-mail. We use them only to reply to you and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, at most 3 years. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytics cookies
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* in your browser for up to 2 years and collects data such as the pages you visit, your device, browser and approximate location. We keep this data in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More in Google's privacy policy.
Without your consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Fonts and hosting
The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to keep the site running and secure (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
